Day 14: My Plate Pyramid

Genius. Simply genius. The food pyramid was always confusing. I could see what I needed to eat more of, and less of but what did that look like per meal?  They now put it all on a plate so we can see just what a healthy meal should look like.

Another little tip, use a smaller plate for both you and your kids. That smaller lunch plate is all you need and don’t go back for seconds.
